Greetings Everyone!

Each of our new releases was designed to remove accumulated stress from your shoulders and settle your nerves. Livin’ On A Prayer is not really a tribute to Jon Bon Jovi as much as it is a well-crafted sequence toward viparita namaste, or “Reverse Prayer Pose.” Even if you can’t yet ‘do’ the final pose, you will gain considerable freedom in your wrists, stretch your under-served/over-used forearms, and open up your shoulders in a way that is antidotal to the stereotypical computer slump.
